A brief statement on the building industry: Good land and quality labor are in short supply. We're fortunate that we have fantastic sub-contractors hard at work on your home despite the abundance of condo and apartment projects popping up all over town. They are everywhere! We know, as we are now everywhere too. We have new projects in Bexley, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Sunbury, Granville, and New Albany.
