We Are Building and Selling this Home to Raise $50,000 for Pelotonia 2025

Great news about a new project we have underway in Upper Arlington. We will be building a new home to help raise funds to support Pelotonia 2025.  This year we are committed to raising at least $50,000 with the construction and sale of a new home at 2165 Jervis Rd. 

We’ve always been supporters of The Ohio State University Medical Center and The James Cancer Hospital, but with cancer's immediate impact on our friends and families, we feel it is our duty to try to raise as many funds as possible this year in particular. 

We have been working with our suppliers and trade partners on this project, and their generosity has been spectacular. This newly designed home will be completed in about eight months for a wonderful young Upper Arlington family.
